The Australian cricketer and team captain, Michael Clarke is a great player but why captain? It feels a bit like Brian Lara. He was also an amazing batsman, fieldsman and cricketer but he just wasn’t captain material. It’s easy to miss the fact that a captain has virtues that don’t necessarily relate to brilliance in other areas of cricket.
